Ogi Brot

Bio

Name: Ogi Brot

Age: 21

Birthday: November 17th

Class: Barbarian

Totem Animal: Rabbit

Height: 160cm

Fitness: Fat, but quite strong. Average stamina.

Personality

Tactless and impulsive, he will probably come across as rude most of the time. Deep down however, he doesn't mean any harm, and he's very loyal once you gain his friendship. He won't ever run away from a fight.

Ogi can be easily tricked into a fight he can't win because of his fragile ego. He can't read or write, and has very limited math skills. When he loses a fight, he becomes extremely demotivated, to the point of almost giving up. He's also easily manipulated if he's ego is stroked, so complimenting him is a shortcut to his heart.

Appearance

Short and fat, with an upturned nose (kind of like a pig's). Hair down to his shoulders, with a side ponytail. Always wears a bandana, fingerless gloves, toeless shoes, a leather loincloth thing with a rabbit belt (his totem animal) and a necklace with a coin, the first he ever earned from selling his own bread. The blue markings are painted on, he paints them in everyday.

After a certain adventure, he now has "MOTH" tattooed on his right upper arm. It was supposed to be "MOTHER" but Ogi could not withstand the pain of being tattooed, so his tattoo remains forever incomplete.

Ogi's axe is a generic axe with no decorations. He doesn't care about combat, so he doesn't care about his weapon. However, he doesn't dislike fighting completely, and he will do it if needed. He's hyper competitive thanks to the way his father raised him and his siblings.

Story

Ogi comes from the town of Brioche, a barbarian settlement somewhere in the mountains. It's a very small town, and most of its inhabitants are farmers or merchants. Every year, the townsfolk hold a sports event, in which anyone can participate, but only the best are awarded. Ogi's mom's bakery usually provides snacks for this event. It is Ogi's dream to one day win at this competition, just so he can obtain his dad's approval.

Ogi was born to a poor family of nine: his parents, and his six brothers and sisters.

His father is Ekmek (60), former weight lifter turned coach. He is strict and cold, and keeps an emotional distance from his children, only really talking to them when coaching them in various sports. He does not support Ogi's dream of becoming a baker, and treats him coldly.

His mother is Panem (55), but everyone calls her Pan. She's a former athlete too but an injury forced her to give up sports for good, and so, she took up baking. Now a prolific baker, she still struggles to make ends meets because of all the children she and Ekmek have.

His older brother is Aran (32), who is a model and bodybuilder. He is gay and quite popular in his town because of his good looks and gentle demeanor. He's never mean to Ogi but the two don't really have much of a relationship.

The second child is Roti (30). Originally Aran's twin brother, she is now his twin sister. Just like her father, she is a weight lifter, and his pride and joy. Like Aran, she is very popular in her village, among both boys and girls.

The third child is Bukë (26). He's very tall and lanky and he's a runner. He's one of Ogi's bullies, never missing a chance to make fun of his weight or ineptitude for sports.

The fourth child is Leipä (24). She is a swimmer and a lesbian. She's mostly indifferent to Ogi, but is best friends with Roti.

The fifth child is Kenyér (23), whom everyone calls Ken. He's Ogi's main bully, perhaps because he is the second worst at sports and he wants to make sure he's never THE worst. He's a martial artist, but not very skilled. Wears a bandana like Ogi's. Very unpopular in his hometown.

The sixth child is Ogi (21). He is the family's black sheep, being absolutely terrible at all sports. Despite this, his father's intense training has at least granted him some stamina and strength. Though not impressive for his tribe, it's still impressive when compared to untrained humans. He's a very skilled baker and loves his mom. Doesn't have a good relationship with any of his brothers or sisters, and Ken ensures he doesn't make any friends, and so, Ogi spends most of his time alone, struggling through his father's training or baking with his mother.

The seventh child is Tinapay (15), whom everyone calls Tina. She is a gymnastic and incredibly flexible. She gets along well with her sisters, and is the one most likely to defend Ogi when Bukë or Ken bully him, which only further depresses Ogi (needing his only younger sibling's protection). Despite this, she doesn't feel she has much in common with him, so the two aren't very close.
