There is only one thing in the world that Carries cares about: money.
She was born in high society and therefore speaks politely and has flawless posture, however, she has contempt for anyone below her station, or that looks/sounds less educated than her, regardless of actual skills. As such, she makes enemies more often than friends.
Despite all this, she does actually want to get along with her peers, so if you tolerate her for a bit, she will mellow out and become nicer. She has no idea she is a difficult person to be around.
Never borrow money from her.
Carries is conventionally beautiful, with dirty blond hair and green eyes. Her alabaster skin betrays a childhood spent indoors.
She likes to wear green to make her eyes stand out, with precious stone accessories in a contrasting colour. Her clothing is always neat and pressed.
However, because she does not actually live a life of luxury anymore, she wears confortable boots that allow her to walk for miles. In her past life, she was more likely to wear mary-janes.
Carries was born in a mansion, surrounded by maids, and given all she has ever desired. She had a strict education, but because she was smart, it posed no problem.
When she got older, she found out her family's secret: her father (and mother) did not actually make any money. They received all of their fortune from a rich uncle of her father, who sent a large sum of money every month, just to keep his nephew happy. Knowing this to be a precarious position to be in, Carries started to look further into business, namely... shady business. She learnt to forge documents, lockpick and even dabbled in espionage. She acquired these skills using her father's vast social network.
Then, the day she feared the most came: her father's uncle passed away and bizarrely, left all of his property to one of his farmers. Following the uncle's death, the Lootszen family quickly fell into poverty. They sold their sumptuous mansion in order to survive, and had to find jobs for the first time in their lives.
Not content in living a squalid life, Carries left her parents' little home and decided to travel around to acquire riches, by whatever means necessary.
